• To arrange and perform ATM operations including replenishment and maintenance
• To prepare the ATM maintenance report for management and related clients
• To ensure all frontline staff strictly follow the SOP of ATM
• To handle and follow up the enquiries from clients in accordance to the company’s policies and procedures
• To coordinate with departments to ensure ATM operations run smoothly and efficiently

• High school graduation or above
• 2 years' experience in related field
• Knowledge on ATM, Electronic banking and banking products and service is an advantage
• Computer knowledge required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Possess a valid Macau driving license is an advantage

• To be responsible for the local and overseas hiring and related work permit procedures
• To manage the onboard and exit procedures
• To assist on the monthly payroll calculation
• To ensure the data in the HR system and personnel record is up-to-date
• To assist on prepare regular HR reports
• To assist on organizing staff activities and training programs
• To assist on ad hoc assignments and projects whenever necessary

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline is preferred
• At least 3 years HR supervisory experience
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team spirit and communication skills

• Counting of cash and coins, and to record the daily transactions in accordance to company procedures
• Update stock data according to company procedures
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
• May need to carry heavy items such as cash boxes etc.

- To communicate with different department for internal operational needs
- To receive and record requests for 'On-Call services"
- To review and schedule the monthly roster and daily deployment of all Security Officers. Ensure the manpower and rest days are scheduled adequately and fairly while meeting clients’ requirements
- To ensure the accuracy on the deployment of Security Officers in all regular posts and special events
- To liaise with Security Officers on the duty time during typhoon period and/or any special occasions
- To take prompt actions on manpower shortage whenever necessary
- To participate on special projects and/or operations whenever assigned by the Manager
- Shift work required

- Able to obtain the Security Guard ID Card issued by Macau Police Department
- Secondary school graduation or above 
- Proficiency in application of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- Two years or above related working experience is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Continuously identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing clients
- Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends and competitors' activities

- Degree holder or above
- At least 1 to 2 years sales experience, worked in Security Personnel or Property Management industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Patrolling and inspecting each post and working situation
• Deliver documents or drive security officer to designated places as company requested
• Report any abnormal cases or accident to superior
• Coordinate with colleagues and department about the scheduling matters
• Outside work and driving are required

• Able to obtain the Security Guard ID Card issued by Macau Police Department
• Secondary school graduation or above 
• Must possess a valid Macau driving license (Automobile)

• Driving a vehicle to escort cash and valuables, no need to carry items
• Provide escort service according to the route arranged by the supervisor
• Keep the vehicle clean on a daily basis and record the driving details

• Primary school graduate or above
• Fluent in Chinese, Basic English is an advantage
• At Least one year or above driving heavy truck experience 
• Applicants with good driving experience and familiarity with Macau streets will be given priority

• To assist, supervise and render security and cash in transit services’
• To assist and supervise on the transport of the clients’ consignments to the assigned
   destinations according to the company procedures
• To assist on monitoring receive consignments from clients, ensure properly sealed,
   locked and delivered in a safety manner. Ensure all consignments are properly locked
   into the company’s safe
• To follow the Standard Operation Procedures of the Company and the clients
• To assist and supervise on the scheduling of the crew
• To assist on the surveillance of the company’s premises and properties
• To assist on monitoring the performance of the crew and escalate performance issues
   whenever necessary
• To assist on performing investigations whenever necessary
• To use related systems correctly according to Company and client’s requirement
• To follow the Standard Operation Procedures of the Company and the clients
• To perform shift work

• Strong leadership and communications skills

• Render security and cash in transit services
• Execute tasks in accordance to the company’s guidelines and requirements
• Ensure to count; lock and seal all the consignments received from the clients accordingly
• Ensure all consignments received from clients are delivered in a safety manner

• Experience in Cash in Transit service is an advantage

• Conduct system inspection, maintenance, debugging and installation as planned
• Support on-site/off-site hardware and software troubleshooting and recovery action
• Ensure that the project meets the required quality and safety standards
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
• Shift work and emergency maintenance required

• Knowledge in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is an advantage

• Provide security services for clients in assigned posts
