Congratulations to Guardforce Macau security guards who have won recognition from customers. Bhuji Rabindra serving as a traffic controller at Studio City, security guard Caminong Christopher Sarceda posted to Sheng Kung Hui Choi Kou School (Macau), and Xu Yong-hao, the security guard at Macau Pass Customer Service Centre received notes of appreciation from their respective customers.

Bhuji Rabindra was commended for looking after elderly customers by proactively hailing taxis, loading luggage and wheelchair onto the taxi as well as helping support elderly customers into the car. Caminong Christopher Sarceda impressed the school community by always taking the initiative to help students and parents, directing school buses to stop at the right places to ensure the safety of the entire school community. Xu Yong-hao, the security guard posted to the Macau Pass Customer Service Centre was described as “friendly and positive, efficient and thoughtful, serving with good operational knowledge and patience”.
