Guardforce Macau will join the 2023 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition (2023 MICEF), organised by the Macau SAR Government and held at the Venetian Macao Cotai Expo on 17-20 August. Inaugurated in 2008, the annual event has obtained endorsement from UFI Global Association of the Exhibition Industry since 2011.

The event brings together international elites in the environmental field to promote collaboration and exchanges in environmental protection through a range of professional international forums, exhibitions, business matching and networking activities. It strives to become an internationalised exchange and collaboration platform for countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”, Pan-Pearl River Delta region, the Great Bay Area, Portuguese-speaking countries, European economies as well as global environmental industries. It is also a platform for technology transfer and promotion of sustainable development.

Guardforce Macau will showcase a range of smart solutions for environmental hygiene, among them are the Smart Waste / Recycle Bins, Smart Disinfection Solutions and Smart Cleaning Solutions.

The Smart Waste Bin, Food Waste Collection Bin and Auto-sorting Recycle Bin use Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud technology to optimize the management of general rubbish, food waste and collection routes to help reduce carbon emissions and improve environmental hygiene.

UVC LED Sanitizing Lighting uses innovative technology and UVC LED lighting to disinfect a facility thoroughly and safeguard public health in a safe and eco-friendly way. Smart Virusguard and Smart Air Sanitizer work anytime anywhere to disinfect a space thoroughly with non-toxic, eco-friendly and effective disinfectant, dispersed through ultrasonic atomization at a pre-set schedule to keep a space clean and hygienic.

The Smart Cleaning Solutions use different forms of sensors, together with AI and big data, to improve management of environmental hygiene, reduce waste and create a pleasant and hygienic living environment.
